Club Secretary
We currently have an important role to fill – the club secretary. This role is vital to ensuring our operations run smoothly. The responsibilities include maintaining records, scheduling meetings (5 per year plus an AGAM) and handling correspondence (a handful of emails per month). While it might sound daunting, it is a manageable role with plenty of support from the team. No minute recording as we use AI to draft minutes.
